Rooted Student Ministry exists to:
- Proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ regularly to students grades 6-12 so that they may come to know him personally.
- Build relationships so that we may encourage and support one another.
- Equip students with God’s word so that they may be firmly rooted in their faith and reach others as they are sent out.
Colossians 2:6-7. Therefore, as you received Christ Jesus the Lord, so walk in him, rooted and built up in him and established in the faith, just as you were taught, abounding in thanksgiving.

Sunday Mornings
10:45am
Our Sunday morning group meets after the 9:15am service. This is typically a smaller, less structured event and we love to spend time with the students and recap the sermon that morning.
Wednesday Nights
6:15pm-7:30pm
Wednesday nights are our large group night. We start with worship, we share “highs and lows” of the week, a large group Bible study followed by small group breakouts and of course a game or two. We often cover books of the Bible and sometimes topical studies. When the weather is nice, we take our studies on the road for “Rooted Bussin'” nights around Jefferson City.
