Everybody came from a family. Some good. Some hard. Some you're still healing from.
Here's what the whole Bible keeps saying: family was God's idea first. And He has never stopped building one.
This Sunday, Pastor David brought the church together to celebrate kids and youth camp - and to show from Genesis to 1 Corinthians 12 that God has always been gathering His children. Kari (18 years in children's ministry) and Tisha (6 years leading youth) shared the vision and heartbeat of what's happening with the next generation. And a family in our church stood up and said what happens when a church actually lives this out - what it means to walk through something impossibly hard and not walk through it alone.
In this message:
- The biblical flyover from Babel to Abraham - how God re-gathers what sin scatters
- Why Judges 2:10 is the reason youth ministry exists - and why we refuse to be that generation
- What 1 Corinthians 12 says about every member - including the youngest and the weakest
- Tisha's four-word youth vision: head, heart, hands, and feet
- Why your presence, your role, and your showing up matter more than you think
