We are excited about Cross Training Camp July 9th -13th! Please look over these notes for camp.
- If you have not yet submitted your payment of $50, you will be getting a PayPal invoice. You can pay with cash, check, or card at the church office M-TH 9-1 or you can pay online, mail a check, or make arrangements to bring a check the first day of camp.
- Camp drop off and pick up locations have changed. Please come around the back to the large awning for drop off and pick up. If your child is here after 4:15, we will be on the playground and you can pick up at the building next to the playground. Camp opens at 7:30 and begins at 8:00. Camp ends at 4:00 and aftercare ends at 5:30.
- Please pack a cold lunch for your child this year. We will provide white or chocolate milk and water with lunch. If your child has food allergies, please send in snacks.
- We will be inside and outside during the day. A water bottle with their name clearly marked, sunscreen, and hats will be useful. Please only put water in the water bottle as we have spills every year.
- We have decided instead of having family day, that we would go on a field trip on Wednesday and have an inflatable obstacle course on Friday.
- Please remind your child about appropriate behavior (be kind, hands and feet to self, clean up after yourself, stay with your group, wait for your turn, listen when someone is speaking, etc.) It’s hard to get back into those routines after the freedom of summer.
